To support women in recovery, Umbrella is pleased to announce our new Women’s Recovery Support Group starting April 2. This group, facilitated by two amazing women in recovery, will focus specifically on the needs of people who identify as women, need a safe space to give and receive support and are wanting to move forward with their personal recovery goals. These in-person groups will bring women together and bring connection back into their lives. If you are a women in early recovery who wishes to move forward in your recovery in a healthy and empowered way, then this eight week group may be a good fit.
