Yesterday Sharlene, Jake and Sarah headed over the Salt Spring Island to check out the latest site we are working at – Kings Lane. This site, made of storage containers, is home to about 7 folks right now, but slowly will be full with around 20.
This space is surrounded by nature, has large bedrooms and a great indoor gathering space, large kitchen area, and of course, Umbrella is there.
At this site, we are both the support for residents and the housing operator.
The great team of Corey, Lance, Ashley, Nicole and Sydney are committed to this site and to the residents
and they are helping to make this space home.
They are doing a great job over there!
