Every year Umbrella celebrates this important month by sharing messages of recovery from some of our favourite people.
Meet Eileen.
Eileen worked hard for her recovery and completed the Mental Health and Addictions program at Camosun College so that she can give back to our community.
She carries the message of recovery in her work and the way she lives her life.
