A Permissive Tax Exemption from the City of Victoria provides relief from property taxation. Umbrella applied for, and was successful, receiving this exemption for Foundation House, our supportive recovery house for men.
Being exempt from property tax is one of the ways we can keep Foundation House affordable so the residents can focus on their recovery, and Umbrella can focus on supporting them.
