Yes we are!
As Umbrella continues to grow we want to continue to be accountable and transparent to our
contract partners, funders, donors and community, so we hired Grant Thornton to audit our 2022 year.
All previous years we have had Review Engagements, which is still a formal accounting process by a hired outside firm, but it isn’t as detailed as a formal audit.
As an organization we want to continue to hold the trust of our partners, so we have committed to paying for annual audits going forward.
So yes, we are excited to be audited!
