Working in the addictions and menta health field can be hard. Taking time for fun and to be physically active are important acts of self-care, and by taking care of ourselves, we are better able to take care of others in our community. Yesterday, staff at Our Place Society (OPS), one of our community partners, invited Josh and Sean to join them for a game of baseball. Josh and Sean work with OPS at the Albina supportive housing site, and are often participating in events in the community to engage with residents and the public.
